Huawei Band 7 : Now Has Improved Heart Rate Tracking

Huawei has just released their new fitness tracker, the Huawei Band 7. This is the 7th generation fitness band and it comes with some impressive features. The focus of this article will be on the heart rate tracking. On the previous model, the Huawei Band 6 only offered your standard heart rate monitoring.

But with the Huawei Band 7, they have now included 3 different types of heart rate tracking. This will provide Trusport analytics with the information it needs to give users great insight into their health and their work out intensity.

So make sure you read on to find out more about these four new heart rate tracking features and how they can benefit you!

Huawei Trusport Analytics Added To Huawei Band 7, Therefore Heart Rate Tracking Had To Change.

Yes, Huawei Trusport provides very good information about your fitness level, and performance. The Huawei Band 7 won’t be getting the full Trusport features like the Huawei Watch GT Runner does. But the 4 Trusport features that the Huawei Band 7 does get will be a welcome addition to improve your fitness or performance.

It would be silly to offer these features without the technology it needs to track. Therefore Huawei made the change. The features I’m talking about are Training load, Training Effect/Recovery, V02max and Running Ability Index (RAI). All of these are based on your heart rate. And all of them will be available in the Huawei Health App.

What is Huawei’s Continuous Heart Rate Tracking And What Are It’s Benefit’s?

If you’re like most people, you probably think that heart rate tracking is just a way to see how many beats per minute (BPM) your heart is pumping. And while that’s technically true, there’s a lot more to it than that. Heart rate tracking can also be used to measure things like calories burned, intensity of workout, and even sleep quality.

But what is continuous heart rate tracking? And what are its benefits?

Continuous heart rate tracking is a feature that allows you to see your heart rate at all times, not just when you’re working out. This is possible because sensors in the tracker constantly monitor your heart rate and send the data to the app.

There are several benefits to continuous heart rate tracking. First, it allows you to see how your heart rate changes throughout the day. This is helpful because it can give you a better understanding of what activities impact your heart rate the most.

For example, you might find that your heart rate spikes when you have a lot of stress at work. Or, you might notice that your heart rate is lower when you’re getting a good night’s sleep.

Second, continuous heart rate tracking can help you better monitor your fitness level. This is because you can see how quickly your heart rate recovers after a workout. The faster your heart rate recovers, the more fit you are.

Finally, continuous heart rate tracking can be used to monitor your sleep quality. This is because heart rate is a good indicator of how deep you’re sleeping. If you see that your heart rate is consistently high during the night, it could be a sign that you’re not getting enough deep sleep.

What is Huawei’s Resting Heart Rate Tracking And What Are It’s Benefit’s?

Your resting heart rate is the number of times your heart beats per minute when you’re at rest. A normal resting heart rate is 60 to 100 beats a minute. A lower than normal resting heart rate may indicate that you’re very fit.

If your resting heart rate is consistently above 100, it may be an indication that you need to tone down your workouts.

There are several benefits to tracking your resting heart rate. The first is that it can help you gauge your fitness level. If you see a decrease in your resting heart rate over time, it may be an indication that you’re becoming more fit. Additionally, tracking your resting heart rate can also help you identify potential health issues. If you see a sudden increase in your resting heart rate, it may be an indication of an underlying health condition.

What Is Heart Rate Measurement For A Workout And What Are It’s Benefit’s?

Your heart rate is one of the most important things to monitor during a workout. It gives you an indication of how hard your body is working and can help you tailor your workout intensity to ensure you’re getting the most out of it.

By understanding your heart rate, you can also better understand the effect that different types of exercise have on your body.

Heart rate measurement has come a long way in recent years, and the Huawei Band 7 is at the forefront of this technology.

The Band’s new heart rate tracking features provide you with more data than ever before, so you can better understand your body and your workout.

The data tracked during your workout will also provide great insight to your training load. Huawei’s Trusport Training load feature will capture all of your workout data and provide a training load outcome.

I really like this because it allows you to train smarter, work within your limits of your fatigue and more importantly progress.

Also Note Change In Heart Rate Limit’s For The Huawei Band 7

If you currently own or previously owned a Huawei Band 6. There was a feature that allows you to Alert you when your heart rate is getting too high, or getting too low. In the Huawei Band 6 this feature was set individually.

Just want to let you know that this feature is still available, however you can change the limit’s inside a single feature. And not 2 separate features.

I personally really like this feature. If you are training and our heart rate is too high for your age and fitness level. It will give you a vibration and let you know to slow down.

If your heart rate is too low, it will also give you a vibration. This helps me keep my training at the right intensity. I don’t want to over train or under train.

Final Conclusion

The short answer is: yes. If you’re looking for a fitness tracker that does more than just track your steps, this is a great option with tons of features and an app that gives you loads of data to pore over.

The heart rate tracking feature is definitely improved and will give you more insight into your workouts.

The long answer is: it depends on what you want from a fitness tracker. If all you care about is step counting and occasional heart rate monitoring, there are cheaper options out there that will do the job just fine.

But if you want a tracker that will give you tons of data and feedback on your workouts, the Huawei Band is definitely worth checking out.

The Huawei Band 7 definitely has a reliable heart rate tracker. And I do think you get good value for your money. Having this kind of tracking for this price isn’t too bad. If Huawei decided not to add Trusport analytics it would probably be a different story.

I would say that if you are looking for more than just a step tracker, and want to have some data to show for your efforts, the Huawei Band is worth checking out. It’s not perfect, but it’s a great option in the fitness tracker market.
