Maybe in the future, instructors can use sign language. I’m sure there may be persons with low vision who could benefit from this. That way it’s more inclusive.

Workout Video Feature is Intended For Beginners and Anyone starting their weight loss journey.

I personally am probably at an intermediate level of fitness, and I didn’t get any real benefit. The only time I would use the Video feature is when my daily readiness score is low, so I look for low impact workouts. I would say this is the only benefit I have gained from the video workout feature.

I’m not entirely sure if this was Fitbit’s intention for the video workout feature. Maybe it is and I’m just not seeing it. I would recommend this to beginners and anyone starting their weight loss journey as they are probably the ones who would benefit most from this feature.

Is the Fitbit Video Workout Feature Worth It?

Fitbit premium is cheaper than a gym membership. The definition of worth is dependant on your goals. If you are a person who is starting there weight loss journey and dont feel comfortable going to a public gym. Then this feature is excellent and I would say it’s worth it.

My personal fitness level isn’t too bad. The ones I find useful is the mobility stretch program. Having great mobility is essential for a healthy lifestyle and prevents injury. I would say this program is worth it, as I have seen improvements in my mobility.

Final Conclusion

Overall, I absolutely love the video workout feature on Fitbit Premium. It is an excellent tool for those who want to stay active and fit, especially during these times when we are all stuck at home.

There is such a great variety of workouts to choose from, and I really appreciate that there are even programs for kids so that the whole family can get involved. If you are looking for a way to stay active and fit while at home, I would highly recommend checking out this feature on Fitbit Premium.

Especially when your daily readiness score is low and you need to do recovery workouts to help reduce stress on the body. One other video feature that’s popular is posture mobility.

I find it great because I work at a desk for 8 hours a day. I also commute 1 hour driving to work, and 1 hour back home. Roughly 10+ hours sitting. The posture stretches helps with my back pain and tightness. I feel more relaxed and less stressed when I do these videos on a regular basis.
